TO BID:

Register to bid at the Bidder's Table near the entrance. PTN members can enjoy the new benefit of requesting to be invoiced and pay later, instead of waiting in line after the auction. (You can join or renew your membership before you get to the auction to receive the same benefits).

Bidders will receive a white numbered disc-on-a-stick. This is your bidder number that can be used to bid on any silent auction items or held up during the live auction so you can get you sum'. "Sum" of what, that's your business.

TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS:

Stop at the settlement table near the doors to pay for your auction wins, promised donations, or other purchases. PTN members may request an invoice that can be paid online to save time checking out. Receipts can be emailed upon request or a hand-written one can be provided after your payment is complete. We accept cash, checks, and cards. Invoices can be paid later by mail or online with a card.

To donate items to the auction:

Bring your donated items to the check-in table at IPTW any time after 9:00am (after things are quieter) until we leave for the day. Your items will be tagged and secured. We ask for a brief description of the item, its approximate value, and a suggested minimum bid if you would like to set one. Items related to the trades, history, preservation, unique items, or just about anything that might be of interest to our crowd are welcome, but if you aren't sure send us a message at info@ptn.org to ask. We reserve the right to decline some items, and perishable items may need to be kept with you until the auction begins. We can't believe we have to say this... perished items are not accepted. We don't care how impressed you are by the size of that roadkill. Just no.

Opportunities to support PTN's scholarships are planned throughout the evening. Auction proceeds support our organization's mission, events, training opportunities, business administration, and continued support of partner organizations and projects.
